# Dibzzy for UX and web agencies

## Who this is for

This profile is for UX agencies, web agencies, product studios, and independent consultants who diagnose or improve client websites. The agency may work with SaaS, high-intent marketing sites, or local-service websites. The common need is a repeatable way to explain what is wrong, why it matters, and what should be handed to the person implementing the change.

Agency and consultant workflows are an intended use case. This document does not claim that Dibzzy currently provides white-label delivery, bulk client billing, a specific agency pricing model, or a mature multi-client reporting suite.

## The trigger

A client asks:

- What should we fix first?
- Why are visitors leaving this step?
- Is this a real usability issue or just one unusual session?
- Can you show the web person exactly what to change?

Without a repeatable evidence workflow, the agency may inspect recordings manually, write a subjective audit, create a separate mockup, and translate the recommendation into a ticket. That work is valuable but expensive to repeat across clients.

## What Dibzzy serves this group

Dibzzy is intended to make the core review more repeatable:

- capture or connect the client’s legitimate visitor-behaviour data;
- group repeated friction around a page, element, or journey step;
- show the evidence and confidence before an explanation is presented;
- describe the visitor’s intended task and the likely behavioural gap;
- produce a proposed design, mockup, and implementation-ready handoff after approval; and
- compare behaviour after the client ships a change when the data supports it.

This gives an agency a more defensible conversation with a client: the recommendation can show what was observed, what remains uncertain, and which next action is being proposed. It does not eliminate professional judgement or replace research, design, implementation, or experimentation.

## What the agency can hand off

For a client issue, the useful output is:

1. A concise issue statement in client language.
2. Evidence counts and the repeated element or step.
3. A clear distinction between observed behaviour and inferred cause.
4. A confidence label and an explanation of what would increase confidence.
5. A proposed design direction and focused before-and-after mockup.
6. A ticket or acceptance-criteria starting point for the implementer.
7. A measurement hypothesis for the client’s existing analytics or experimentation setup.

A shareable report or read-only client experience may be a useful future capability, but it should not be promised unless the deployed product supports it.

## Data and onboarding fit

The client may already use Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, PostHog, FullStory, or another analytics tool. Dibzzy is positioned as the layer that turns the collected signal into a diagnosis and handoff, not as a reason to replace the client’s entire stack.

A client who can install a lightweight script through GTM, a CMS, Wix, Shopify, or a similar path is a direct setup fit. A client who already runs PostHog session recording may be a future integration fit if the necessary recording access is explicitly granted. If the client can neither install capture nor provide legitimate data access, Dibzzy cannot responsibly analyze the site.

## Agency-specific limitations

- Multi-client separation and access control matter; never mix one client’s data with another’s.
- Small sites may not produce enough comparable behaviour for a strong finding.
- A mockup is a proposed direction, not a guarantee that the change will work.
- White-labeling, client billing, bulk workspaces, and agency margins are not claims made by this profile.
- The agency remains responsible for context, accessibility, brand, technical feasibility, and the final recommendation.

## Relevant search intent

UX audit tool for agencies, client website UX audit automation, session replay analysis for agencies, evidence-based website recommendations, conversion audit with mockups, and UX audit report workflow.
