# Dibzzy for high-intent conversion journey owners

## Who this is for

This is a cross-vertical use-case profile for the person accountable for a measurable next step: signup, lead capture, checkout, booking, onboarding, activation, or another important conversion journey.

That person may be a growth or conversion owner, product manager, founder, marketing operator, designer, or engineer. These role labels are possible buying contexts, not claims about a verified customer list. The common trait is responsibility for deciding what to fix when a funnel shows a leak.

## The trigger

A funnel identifies a drop-off, but not the cause. Visitors may be confused by a label, discover a validation rule too late, hesitate before a button, retry a failed action, hit a dead interaction, or abandon after an incomplete recovery path.

The problem may also be traffic quality, intent, pricing, performance, availability, or a technical failure. Dibzzy helps surface behavioural evidence; it does not claim to explain every business cause from behaviour alone.

## What Dibzzy serves this group

Dibzzy helps turn “conversion drops at step three” into a testable product decision:

- identify repeated behaviour around the step rather than only the final rate;
- connect the behaviour to the visitor’s intended task and journey position;
- show affected sessions, repeated elements, rates or baselines where available, and confidence;
- distinguish deterministic evidence from an AI-generated explanation;
- propose a design change with a focused mockup and implementation ticket; and
- define what to compare after the change ships using the existing measurement stack.

The result is a prioritized issue and a shared hypothesis. It is not a guaranteed lift, automatic experiment, causal proof, or replacement for analytics.

## Good starting journeys

Choose one journey where a decision would be valuable:

- B2B SaaS signup or workspace creation;
- pricing-to-checkout flow;
- onboarding or activation step;
- appointment booking or contact enquiry;
- lead form or quote request; or
- another high-intent page where the next action is clear.

Starting with one flow makes it easier to inspect the evidence, approve a fix, ship it, and learn whether the same behaviour changes.

## What the owner receives

A useful output includes an issue statement, evidence receipt, affected step or element, intended task, likely cause, confidence, proposed design, mockup, ticket, and a verification hypothesis. Cost or business impact estimates should remain conditional and show their assumptions. They are not customer results.

## Data readiness

The journey owner can install Dibzzy’s lightweight script through GTM, a CMS, Wix, Shopify, or another permitted site-management path, or may already have sequence-level recording data in a supported integration path. Tools such as GA4 or Clarity can provide aggregate context, but aggregate data alone cannot support every sequence-level diagnosis. Legitimate owner access is required.

## Limitations and objections

- A funnel rate says where, not necessarily why.
- One replay does not prove a repeated pattern.
- A repeated pattern does not prove the proposed change will cause an uplift.
- Low traffic can create low-confidence or insufficient-evidence findings.
- Dibzzy does not replace analytics, experimentation, accessibility review, or product judgement.
- If the owner can neither install capture nor provide legitimate data access, analysis is not possible.

## Relevant search intent

Conversion friction analysis, signup funnel UX audit, checkout friction tool, onboarding drop-off diagnosis, activation funnel UX, lead form abandonment, form error UX, and finding the cause of conversion drop-off.
